Looking info to asylum

I'm 46 years old residing in Saudia married with 4 kids (15, 13, 10 & 5 years old);
I've traveled with family to Canada & USA last year but there was no asylum plan and came back to country of residence.

Now situation is different and would like to apply for asylum in Canada; would you please guide me for the same and if yes can I put my kids for education in Canada during waiting period.

Just wanted to clarify you must fear persecution to claim asylum. The general situation in the country is not a reason for asylum unless there is something a civil war effecting most of the country. I would encourage you to consult with a Canadian immigration lawyer to make sure you have grounds for asylum before relocating to Canada. If you have other ways of immigrating to Canada I would seriously consider those options first. Getting asylum is a very long and difficult process. Yes your children will receive schooling.

Could you please suggest/refer me a reasonable Lawyer/Consultant to put me on right track as I'm willing to travel accordingly.

No - this will not help you to immigrate.

Information about Canada's immigration programs can be found in the link below. However having a child who is studying or has completed their studies in Canada gives you no path to immigration.

I've checked other options even as investor/entrepreneur but due to age it seems will not work..... any guide line in this case

Sorry I don't have recommendation when finding an attorney. Also you may be unaware that you may not receive a work permit when claiming asylum until you exhaust your savings.
