I'm a college faculty with 4 years continuous experience. I teach English language and literature to both Science and Humanities undergrads. My qualifications are MA, MPhil. PhD thesis just submitted. Kindly help me connect with hiring employers. Thankyou...

There are no jobs or employers on this forum and is almost impossible to secure a job from outside Canada unless someone has some unique experience not readily available in the country. Employers are simply not willing to go thorugh the expense when they have plenty of candiadtes already resident. You can check sites such as Indeed or Linkedin you may get lucky otherswise apply through one of the immigration programs without a job offer

Getting a job as a professor is very difficult in Canada. Even as a PR you will likely struggle to get a teaching job unless you have done your PhD at a very well known institution and the university feels like your research is interesting. It also comes down to luck. Teaching spots don’t open up often so you have to be at the right place at the wrong time and win out against other applicants. Given that you don’t have PR chances are very low of being hired.
