I am Indian currently residing in singapore having 8-+ years of Exp in software development in C, C++ linux and scripting technologies on transportation embedded systems , telecommunications and automotive domains .

Unless you are already qualified for permanent residence although not impossible to get a job offer from outside Canada it is very unlikely.

Depends on how you apply. But generally anywhere from six months to 2 years.
