Have you tried sites like Kijiji? Classified's mainly. There are a few ads on it which you might want to check out by searching with your college name n all. Hope that helps.

i am on the same boat as you. looking for accommodation near seneca@york. tried searching on kijiji but they don't reply when i say i am still in india.

€ month lease time is really good for that price. Normally it's 12 months. So if you can find something like that, you're lucky. 550 is also a good deal.
