These are very general terms in your field. It will be very hard finding employment in Canada. Many in Canada with similar skills have to go abroad to find work. Your best bet is to try and obtain PR. If able to work legally in Canada you will have a better chance of finding employment in Canada (still will be difficult and dependent on commodity prices) versus trying to find an employer willing to through the time be expense of the LMIA and WP process.
