People that come here and cross the border illegally do not follow the rules. And alot of refugees amd immigrants that come here break the rules because they know Canada does not enforce them. Just because we have laws does not mean they are followed. This is how countries lose their sovereignty like Canada has lost ours because foreigner's make up the rules.

Alls im saying is i am treaty indian. So why isn't my offspring immediately treaty indian and allowed the same benefits as all treaty indians in Canada regardless of where the mom is from? Ill just send the bill to INAC after. O and i say these things about new immigrants because the east indians killed the shermans because they were coming out with a new type of cbd oil that would help with cancer. And they beat the east indians to it. Trudeau knows about this but still let's these murderers in our country

Sorry i am unfamiliar of the history there but your baby would be able to have your status if he/she is born here in Canada. Maybe Your girlfriend could come as vistor and apply inland to be a PR. Only downfall is all of her doctor appt and birth cost fall on you to pay.
Yeah, a very small amount of people enter illegally and yeah, some break the rules. Canada does enforce the rules but so system is perfect.
When your kid is born, s/he will be Canadian and entitled to everything that comes with that. That does not entitle your partner to anything.
