Hi Forumers,

anyone can help me to recommend an immigration lawyer that can evaluate my Inland Spousal Sponsorship Application within Mississauga area.
I consolidated all the requirements from the checklist and i wanna make sure that all are in order and correct.
thank you

Can't help you there, but I would advise against getting a lawyer/consultant just to review your files, it's going to cost you a ton for something you and a peer can do for yourself.

Why do you need a lawyer? There are more knowledge in this forum more than what lawyers can offer.

I know the feeling...by doing this, hopefully it will reduce the possibility of your file being returned or having a weak application.
I'd suggest you try a community resource centre, call ahead and make an appointment with someone that assists with immigration matters.

Like someone else said...you can also have someone review your application forms .

You can also have someone read the document checklist and put the forms and supporting documents in accordingly.

I wouldn't pay more than a $100 for immigration lawyer to review the forms. If you should submit as is, CIC will let you know what is missing if anything and either request it or send it back and you can resubmit.

~Best Regards.

I had a good lawyer compared to some stories you can read here. BUT she still managed to make some mistakes in my application (not big, like spelling mistake of the places where I lived or parents' names) and myself I would have never made those mistakes

There are hundreds of stories throughout this forum of lawyers messing things up on PR apps causing unnecessary delays and complications.

If it's just a quick review one is looking for and not legal advise due to a complex case, then having a lower cost immigration consultant (not a lawyer) do it would probably be a heck of a lot cheaper.
