Looking for guidance on OINP

Hi there,

I am looking for some guidance. I moved to Windsor Ontario via work transfer from US on May-21 & my CRS is 330 with age 42. Tried multiple IELTS but no luck above 7.5 . I am trying my luck with OINP, filled in OINP with employer job offer but not sure if that's the right option. Does anyone have knowledge about Ontario PNP & provide guidance?

I assume you've been looking at the Job Offer - Foreign Workers stream?

Do you meet the mandatory requirements?

Does your employer meet the mandatory requirements and are they willing to complete the employer form to support your application?

Reading your post again, it sounds like you may be on an ICT.

If that's the case, then I don't believe you can apply through this stream since your employer won't be able to demonstrate recruitment efforts.

Thanks for super quick reply. I am actually already working on Canada payroll now. This is intra company transfer from US. Any idea what is needed from employer ?

I went through the link you shared, all of them matches there. What is ICT ? What's the best stream for me to apply for PNP considering I am in Windsor Ontario, already working for Canadian employer who has parent branch in US.

ICT = intra company transfer.

I will again go through the link you shared. My struggle is whether I should go for Human capital , skilled trade or foreign work stream. Do you think you can suggest on that ?

Your NOC is not eligible for skilled trades and your CRS score is too low for human capital.

Got it, I submitted for foreign worker stream & I see EOI score as 43. How does an ideal score look like there ?
