No one here is going to help you with your tuition fees. If you want to find a scholarship, your best option is to contact the schools you plan to attend to see if they have anything available.

Scholarships for Master's and PhD programs are mainly available for only Research based programs not Applied programs like MEng, Msc or MASc. These require extremely high grades, high GRE, letters of recommendations and past research experience. Also, students who like yourself want full scholarships generally correspond with professors prior or during applications for graduate school. If this sounds like you then search "Research/Thesis based engineering/physics programs Canada"

Also, not sure why you are providing your email here like people are going to go out of their way to recruit you. Unless you go to a Top 20/30 program in the world, you should be the one flooding their emails.
