Looking for accommodation in Winnipeg, coming in Dec

Hi folks,

I'll be arriving in Winnipeg in Dec 1st week from India, to join classes in Jan at RRC. I would like to know if anyone has accommodation availablity around that time. Due to the extreme cold, I'd strongly prefer accommodation very near to a bus stop.

Doing that...but there are no ads for December on their website, not even November. :-( Gotta wait till Nov and then explore it..
