I am looking for a job as a recruiter here in Canada (Toronto area). I have good experience working as a recruiter back in India, and also worked here in an agency for 3 months. I landed as a PR in Canada in April this year.

When you say "worked here in an agency", do you mean Toronto? If yes, you can show local work experience. Perhaps it's a matter of polishing your resume or going to Networking events. I work in Human Resources, maybe I can give you more tips. Send me a PM to exchange ideas.
