You are unlikely to find anything on this forum. Most apartments in that area are managed by companies. You will have to see if there is availability when you arrive. They area is popular with new immigrant communities because of the lower cost apartments compared to some other areas but are also in high demand.

Thank you so much! Okay i will go with airbnb initially and then hunt for apartments in the next few days
