Any body can sugguest me, how can apply for Canada work permit or looking for jobs from India.

I don't think you could just opt/apply for a work permit from a different country.
you need a LMIA job in Canada to get a work permit.
or you come here on a study permit and then get a work permit after graduating

What is an LMIA job? Is this also what is known as a regulated position? I am in BC on a US visitor visa and, as of today, I am going to begin to look for a job. Having spent some time monitoring this site, it would seem my best avenue to work and live here is to first obtain a job on a temporary work visa and parlay these additional points to apply for the PR.

Thanks in advance for your input.

No - LMIAs aren't for regulated profession. Pretty much any job you get will require that the employer obtain an approved LMIA before you can apply for a work permit or get points towards a PR application. Employers can't hire foreign workers without approved LMIAs.

Thank You Scylla.
What is an LMIA?
What types of jobs can an employer get an LMIA for?
How does this tie to NOC classifications, Type A,B, or O positions? If at all.
Where would an employer find the application forms for an LMIA application?
