Longer processing times = higher possibility to be approved?!

I assume that if your visa are rejected then the processing time will be not that long.
If they consider your application so they will take time longer to process it.
What do u think?
Because if we had been waiting for so so long and they reject our visa,
Then we wouldnt have time to reapply..

Longer = approved
Shorter = rejected so that we could reapply
Make senses?

Unfortunately I don't believe that's true. We've seen plenty of people wait months only to be refused. We've also seen plenty of approvals in just a few days.
