I am a masters student currently studying from my home country and waiting for my study permit application to get processed, I've already completed my one semester online and second one is going on, So I'm going to share my timeline here and please suggest me what should I do further, SDS file, Intake- Fall 2020, Application date- 29th June 2020, Approval-in-principal (First stage visa approval) received on- 3rd September 2020, Biometrics- 21st December 2020, Medical updated- 4th January 2021. So as you can see its been more than 7 months since I lodged my application and still not received any update from IRCC. I've submitted 3-4 webforms and still no reply from them. Idk how they are processing files, If anyone has faced similar issue please suggest some solution or is there any other way to inform them? Please help.

Try ordering GCMS Notes. It can take up to 90 days do recieve it. I have the same timeline as you (applied online (Brazil) in April/2020), and I'm doing the second semester of my master online still with no hopes of getting my Visa as well.
I'm going to wait until April. It it isn't approved by then, I'll drop my master since it is worthless for the express entry. No points for the Canadian Education.

There are many on this forum with similar case. Unfortunately there is not much you can do apart from ordering GCMS notes and seeing which stage your file is in. There is very little chance someone will actually reply to webform, most of them are just meaningless auto replies.
