mine got expired already...
but i got a medical passed yesterday, aug 26th

That explains it - when your medicals expire, if first updates to passed on your account, before you are notified to re-do it. You can either go ahead and do another one upfront, or wait for them to request. If they request a new one, then you are almost sure your application is approved.
