long time waiting for PR

I applied for PR in July 10, 2017 and i just got my interview and permanent resident last month July 25, 2019. But I have to say that i had to call immigration to check on my application, after i called it seems they rushed it like it was sitting there. So i suggest you call if your application is past the estimated processing time.

And may I ask you what was that interview about is it like a hearing what they ask in the interview
No, its not really an interview there's gonna be a lot of people there so make sure to arrive earlier. They call numbers and then you go to the window just couple of questions if you have any debendents not mentioned in the application, if you got married stuff like that. Dont forget to bring IDs. The whole thing takes 5 to 10 min

I applied my PR in June 2017 and I got it in January 2019. I used to call CIC every month, however now I am stuck with my husband application

Thank you very much and good luck with your husband application. I tried to call them but the automated system mention that they have technical problem with application status process information my question is their is another number we can call or this is the only number to contact them
Thanks good luck with your application as well. Yes they do have technical issue but you still able to speak with agent. It’s the only phone number for CIC, if you still facing the same issue, you ethier send them an email or you applied for GCMS note
