In my knowledge if u have a representative, u can't correspondence with the Vissa office.

Yes bonvista is somewhat right . Sometimes LVO donot entertain
Applicants, on emails ,who have their represrntatives.

But you can try webform enquiry . I always get replies via this medium

Amused, Delightful, happy, gratified…….. all these words are expressing our feelings today.
