Congratulations on receiving your MR.

You cannot go for the medicals until delivery of your baby. Please inform the same to CIC through your consultant.
It is not advicable to go for the x-Ray. DMP even will say the same fact..

1st Option:

You may send CSE to get advice from LVO, it is a matter of serious concern.

NMP is your point of contact at VO. You can get in touch with him/her directly for any inquiry. I think still they did not review your file. Normally MI 3 files are being concluded in one year..
