Haha.. Thanks canada1234! Appreciate it.. in case you were wondering.. my meds were done on 12th march. I am still waiting my newborn's MR so i don't really know when we will finally be on our way for PPR-1.. I hope soon inshallah. Its getting so hard to be patient now that meds have happened and things are moving so fast for everyone mashallah. It is true that they have to process your visa before one year after meds is over.. right?

Today, i sent a CSE and got the following reply within hours:
We have received your medical results and your documents.Background checks are now in process for your application. We are
unable to advise when these will be concluded but we will contact youagain as soon as we are able to.
My question is Whether they have received review of medicals.
There is no update on my e-cas. Still no line added not i'm concerned with it.

Just a quick one
I'd applied for Canada Immigration under skilled worked in July 2007 from London.
I've received my landing papers and all this month(July) however my situation has been changed and I got married back in May 2012 so far I didn't informed CIC and I got baby aswell who was born before registered marriage back in Feb'2012.
Could anyone please let me know what shall I do in this situation Its better to inform CIC now or shall I go alone then apply for my dependents later on.
My wife and baby got British citizenship.
Thanks in advance.

The CSE reply shows that your Medical has been received and found OK. Now BG/security checks are going on & if everything goes well you would get PPR-1 around 4-6 weeks. Sometime medical line added in ecas & sometime not. Ecas is not always reliable so don't depend too much on it.agshaheryar said:
