I have written my name and file number on the back of RPRF draft, one digit in the file number was wrong and I cut that with a line. Can this cutting make any problem ?

our medicals were done on 23rd march but still no update in online status..
I have not yet send updated documents. will send next week . Also i noticed that some of the applicants in this thread has also received the RPRF request which i did not get it. I am not sure why this is different from applicant to applicant. I wud have thought the procedure is standard across the visa office but think not..

anybody thoughts ??

Sometime they send PPR and RPRF at same time.
