Hi Friends,

We have applied for Immigration under FSW program and we got Medical papers in February, 2012 and we sent them back within 30 days.

Can you tell me how long do we have to wait to hear back from the VO? Our VO is London, England. The online application status does not state that they have received our Medical papers. Should I be worried?

It has been over 6 months since we sent our Medical papers. Do I need to be worried that I have not heard back from VO?

Please reply ASAP.

Its been 6 months and if you have not sent a CSE , you should send one now ASAP.

Yes I did and got follwoing reply from LVO:

"Background checks are in process for your application. The medical results for your child are not yet in our system, however, it is likely they are awaiting review by our office in New Delhi. You need take no further action at this time".

My child medical was done on 17th July, 2012.

Nothing from LVO, the same generic reply BC in progress. These two weeks are very crucial. Hopefully, PPR1 will be received before 30th september.

They will ask you if they didn't find the medicals of your Kid. If you have any tracking do provide them. It's almost 5 month now. Hopefully, we will be sharing PPR1 news very soon.

Visa stamped on 11 Sept
Delivered back on 18 Sept (Dubai)
