London VO - Bio Page and Height / Eye Color details

Hello Guys,

I have got a message from LVO asking me to send them the bio pages of our passports (me and my dependents) and also the height and eye color of all of them.

however, they have not mentioned how do we send these documents.

Im thinking of putting all the info on a document and email it to the London immigration team.

Please suggest if this is the correct approach. Im confident we have a lot of members who have been asked for this info.

As mentioned in the earlier thread, create a pdf and upload it to ur account on my cic.. Open ur profile and u will.find options to upload the doc.
