I got AOR on 07-Apr-2017 and now waiting for next step i.e. MR.

Hopefully we will get it soon.

The time frame between AOR and MR to raise Case Specific Enquiry (CSE) via Web Form (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp) is about 4 months. You have already passed 90 days i.e. 3 months. After 30 days i.e. 1 month you should raise the enquiry.

Hi, I need your advise on the below
- I was asked to submit the birth certificate and other details for my newborn child (child was born after ITA and application submission). I have submitted that. Should I do upfront medical for my child or, wait for CIC to request for my child's medical. Also my wife's medical (x-ray) is pending as she was pregnant then. Should I wait for CIC to request or, shall I go for upfront medicals?
- I am planning to go back to India for some months. Now, in that case if CIC requests for the passports, can I request them to offer me an extension or, are they strict with the deadlines? Also, if my application is at London Visa Office, can the medical or, passport submission be done anyway from abroad? (i.e. India?)

Kindly advise, as I need to plan my travel back to India based on the above.

Hello..i need an assistant. i have submitted the passports to the visa office but after that i realized that my spouse's passport has a wrong date of birth. I emailed the CHC to explain the situation and ask them to return my spouse's passport. She has another passport but not a bio-metric (Electronic) one which expires on 22-JAN-2018 and cannot be renewed and must be replaced with a new electronic one. What if

-i do not get any feed-back from CHC and they stamped the visa on the passport which has the wrong DOB OR
-CHC stamped on the other passport which expires on JAN 22 (I am not planning to land before April 2017) can i issue a new passport which does not have the visa and attach the other one which has the visa to travel? as you know once a new passport is issued then the passport authority cancels the old one.

I am PNP applicant, after receiving passport request i submitted to VAC Islamabad through vfs gerry's on 15-06-2017.
today is 9-7-2017 (25 days passed) and so far no news.
i heard i takes 1~2 weeks only.

Should i call VAC Islamabad?

today is 9-7-2017 (25 days passed) and so far no news.
i heard i takes 1~2 weeks only.

Should i call VAC Islamabad?
