I am optimistic though that we will receive our visas before the meds expire again.

Please if your file is moved to LVO does anyone have idea on how long it would take to get the golden email from LVO?

I got a response from VCM (Program assistant). please does this mean this is the person handing my file? please advise

Their assumption might be that you guys refused to do the medicals. That said, they still should have sent you a procedural fairness letter given you a timeframe within which to complete the medicals. Again, maybe they sent it but you guyz never received it. It is very possible. It is equally possible that it was never sent.

I suggest that you send them a CSE as soon as possible. Tell them you ordered your GCMS notes and the notes say that the child's med request was sent. And that you are writing to bring that anomaly to their attention because you never received any such request. That you will avail yourself for the meds ASAP.

Then send them a copy of the confirmation (as an attachment) via another CSE after you complete the meds. In fact, you can courier also them a hard copy as well.
It's all about evidence.

Same thing happened with me last year , i posted them all docs of my new born in May but they were not received , it is best to send scans also. I then sent the docs again through mail and scan and kept follwing up through email reminders. My new born's medical was received in (August) and for rest of the family in December. Now we have finally rcvd our PPR in Feb. so keep your fingers crossed and patience is the key!!! All the best

Thanks for the reply but I my case they received document for new born but I didn't received medical of new born which they have sent to us .We only comes to know via GCM notes that they have sent medical .My icas showing decision made now and gcm notes shows no medical done by family member now what I did that I have courier them all the emails via dhl which contains all email print outs which we have sent to them after sending document of new born baby and we were asking them to provide medical but they never replied .I have also explain them the whole situation via covering letter that we never received medical which you have sent to us .Hope they will consider our request as this was not our fault and they did'n reply us on email 3 emails sent on different occasion to enquire to sent medical of new born baby

Dear All,
I received my notes today, almost everything is similar to the first one (Criminality, Eligibility and Medical passed, security done), the due date was 28 Feb 2017,the only weird thing that in these notes i can see that my wife security has not started yet, is this normal?

I have the same question too. Has anybody ever tried to call them by phone? Do they answer? If yes, could you please share the number?

If you look it up on Google you will see a phone number, but not sure if they can respond to PR Application status inquiries via telephone or not.
