Hi all,

Although this question is very late to ask but it just came across i my mind as was in discussion with friend about the matter. Well i did my bachelor 3 years and have 1 year master degree but when i sent the degrees for evaluation to WES they evaluated it as bachelor degree 3 years only. I didnt notice that time as was in hurry to send the application as it was last of december 2014 and have to submit the application. By the grace of God, i got visa stamped on my passport.

Now thought that this evaluation shall also be given due weightage while applying for jobs in canada, i mean employer in canada would consider me as bachelor degree holder (based on wes evaluation) or master degree holder (based on my actual degrees). what to do at this situation? need guidanace on the matter.

Always be honest. If you have a masters then say you have a masters. Show them your certificates as well as the WES evaluation if you wish.

If you want, you can always get your masters re-evaluated separately once you are in Canada

My medical was done on 3 May but they required some further test and it was completed on 12 June..InshaAllah PPR will be received soon...
I am October 2014 applicant and received PER on Jan 2015...
ECAS is same since last two month.. no updates for MR yet...

for me it took 2 weeks to show medical received line on ECAS.. but i have seen many applicants taking longer time.. best way is to check ur status at mycic account. please share ur time line as well

I received Interview from LVO after Medicals done. I already done Medicals and paid RPRF fees last week. What could be the reason for interview. I live in England. Please provide some experts advise.

I got my PPR on Tues 14th and sent the copy of my passport and photos which they received on the 16th! I have not heard anything since! Does anyone know the usual time scale as I had heard a week but nothing yet?

congratz for the ppr.. where did u submit ur passport? Islamabad embassy or somewhere else? also share who is ur visa officer?

I sent it to London Visa Office, I don't know my officer. I'm from the UK so I've been LVO and then just sent the copy of the passport and photos to them last week!
