Finally, today I received the PR from LVO.
Wanted to share the news with you :)
Any expectation about ADVO processing time for the visa issuing ?

Many congrats to u
It took 6 months frm MR to PR as your timeline suggests,
Is this the usual time or it took for ur case so long ?

Well, nothing is fixed with LVO, but it looks like this is the average trend right now !!

Received PPR1 updated information chart today.Timeline is on left side.

Dear All,

Finally received the MR, and also to pay for Right of Permanent Residence Fee.
My question is how much amount should I pay for this as we family of 4.
Two adults and two infants.
Would it be 490$ x 4 = 1960
or
490$ x 2 = 980
+
150$ x 2 = 300

?????????????????????????????????????????

sirajarab,

Congratulation after so long wait you get a sweet fruit. RPRF is not needed for infants/child under 18, need to pay only 980 cad.

Cheers,
Yameen

I received MR request and RPRF as well.

Yameen, I have looked on the CIC website and can't find where it says RPRF is not needed only when the dependant is under 18. The statement below was copied from CIC website and made no reference to the age of the dependant.

'Principal applicants (with some exceptions) and spouses and common-law partners coming with them to Canada must pay this fee. Applicants must pay this fee before CIC issues the permanent resident visa or before the applicant becomes a permanent resident in Canada.

These people do not have to pay this fee:
dependent children of a principal applicant or sponsor, a child to be adopted, or an orphaned brother, sister, niece, nephew or grandchild; and
•protected persons, including Convention refugees.'

My son is 19 and I don't think I need to pay RPRF

Thanks
