I have "SUCCESSFULLY LINKED" my paper based FSW 2014 application. Points to note
1. Here is the link "http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/e-services/mycic.asp" Click continue to GC key if you dont have an acct with their sign-in partners yet.
2.You get this page > "https://clegc-gckey.gc.ca/j/eng/l?ReqID=s2d8cfece0a11dbf2e924637c9437cc7c61b8e5cd7" by clicking Continue GC KEY

3.Under "Simple Secure Access" Click Create an acct and u get this page > https://clegc-gckey.gc.ca/j/eng/rg?execution=e1s2
4. Remaining process is seamless.
5.After Creating ur profile with all sorts of security questions, to link ur acct ur IELTS "Test Report Form Number" @ d bottom of the TRF and"Date U took the Test" @ d top I used my 2013 IELTS Test report in my case :-[

Hope this helps someone to see their status too in comparison with GCMS notes :)

I tried to link my Quebec PR application, but still no luck.
I found this info http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1222&top=3
But it says that they will be adding the tracking of FSW made before Jan2015 later in July, but you have already nailed it. Does it mean that it is already possible?

Hi,

I am 29th December 2014 applicant (NOC 1212). Got per mail on 26th March and SLU updated in August 2015. No further update since then. Raised query twice and received reply from RFI as "awaiting review".

Is there anyone with similar timelines. Do I still have chances for Medical? It's been 17 months since application date.

Pls help. . .

But they are not active on fourm. One of my friend is early September but still waiting. He is also RFI applicant. So it's better to do pray and wait.

Thanks

Any advice on my application status?
Just want to have advice from experts that applying for GCMS would be of any advantage or more information available rather than the above status which I got while linking my application to MyCiC. Would appreciate experts feedback.

To order GCMS NOTES is much better than this info. Which shows when processing has started on application and also mentioned the due dates. All the correspondence which you did with LVO are mentioned. GCMS NOTES consists almost 50 pages, so definitely will have more information than this.

Many thanks Khan. I will definitely then go for it, to know what is the exact status of my application.

From no on you can check your PR through CIC account with all the steps shown. It is better than ECAS and updated in real-time.

Dear seniors,

I have a question regarding getting a NEW PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD AFTER THE FIRST LANDING.

It is true that once we do the initial landing , the immigration officer applies for our New PR card at the airport itself.

So my question is that , how much time does it take to get the PR card delivered to our mailing address ? I mean for e.g. if I land tomorrow to Canada and the Processing time displayed on the CIC website on that day is 50 days ... So does this mean that like , around 50-60 days at maximum we will get our PR card in hand ? Or this can shoot up to 100 - 150 days as well ? Or it also depends upon the time we land ? Like someone was saying that in summers the processing for a NEW PR CARD is faster e.t.c. e.t.c. ... So what was the experience of the ppl who landed in the month of july ... was the processing quick ? Or in winters it is quick ?

Seniors , please advice ... or anyone who has been through the same stage please help in this regard.
