Yes, i think it makes sense to visit ADVO and ask a Visa Office in case i have chance to speak to someone. Else worst case scenario sent it to India.

Hello seniors need urgent help plzzzzz
I received email from LVO they asking for my previous employment details from 2011-2014. They said you should submit pay slips,P60 and any other substantial evidence of your employment. Organisation in which I used to work is no longer operating now. And moreover I don't have that much old pay slips and P60 with Me. What can I do now?
And thy asked me to send email. How to send them all documents in one email? Shall I attached all documents in one mail or make a zip folder? Thanks a lot in advance

can you get your bank statement of where your salary was paid from 2011 to 2014?
do you have any evidence that the company has been closed?

Dear Forum members,

Today I was sorting out my documents and found that I missed to send my Son Passport Biopage in response to the RPRF email received on 22nd April, 2016. The time limit to send all the documents is 30 days. I have already sent all the documents. I have raised the CSE and sent the passport biopage. Now I am worried. Is it ok ? Has someone dealt with this issue in the past ?

MR completed on 6Jan 16
Ecas update " Medical received " on 9 Jan'16
After that I raised GCMS and gcms generated date is 18 Feb16 where is Shown
Eligibility: Passed
Medical: Passed
Criminality: Passed
Security: Hidden
Paper file location: Registry
After that I raised CSE on 5 April 16 till date have no answer. My question should I raise another GCMS or CSE.
I am totally frustrated. Would you please suggest.

You are almost done. But it is always better to raise GCMS notes every 40-50 days in order to keep matter alive and in order to avoid any surprise on part of the visa office.

Certainly a slow process. Haven't had a peep out of LVO since my medical on 16 Nov 2015.

Did you order GCMS notes? And what was the status in GCMS notes?
And what was the reply of LVO for your last CSE and when did you receive that reply?
Was there any change in your status since you did medicals?

I need your advise on this matter please.
I applied on may 2015 for FSW, three weeks ago I sent an inquiry to LVO and received the below answer, I would like to know what time frame I may get the final decision within and what they mean by "shortly" , do you think it can take longer than 2 or 3 months ?

"Dear Sir,

Your application is with the officer for final review.

We thank you for your patience. You should be hearing from us shortly.

Consultant irresponsible behavior/job makes me think twice, he is kind of ****.

For me on thing I am sure that إن شاء الله
They will not refuse my case. Because in my GCMS notes it is written Eligibility=Passed, Criminality=Passed, Medical=Passed, Security=Hidden
So they are just waiting for Security Agencies Secret Services Clearance report and usually it might take some time and it is beyond control of CIC or LVO to expedite this report.
Therefore as soon as they will receive this report they will issue me PPR along with RPRF request. Although it is still a question mark that why they did not send me RPRF along with MR like other candidates. And also for you the story as mine.

But i shall strongly recommend to order GCMS notes immediately if you have not done so? If you have ordered GCMS notes what was the status of your Eligibility and other sections in those notes? Could you please share?

Moreover what was the reply to your last CSE?

I have also done my Medical in November and send all documents with RPRF in December start.. but nothing has moved since.

What is your status now? Whether you got the PPR? And whether you have requested GCMS notes and what is the status in those GCMS notes? OR CSE reply?

I am just accumulating all those applicants who have completed medicals and its more then three months without any update from LVO.

If everyone of those LVO applicants whose medicals were done more then three months ago and they did not hear anything from LVO please come forward and share your details of GCMS notes and CSE update from LVO.

I have read that the in order to keep PR valid

1. we have to complete 730 days (2 years) within the 5 year period.

2. stay at least 180 days (6 months) per year.

Do both of the above conditions need to be fulfilled?
