Very sad to hear that. This thing can happen with any one. Since you have not done any wrong, you should fight back. Could you please share some extracts of the letter (if possible)? Further, have they banned for immigration for some years which normally happens in cases of misrepresentation?

Ideally, you consult a good lawyer.

Bro allegations are straightforward whatever information they got from verification they mentioned in the letter word to word they have discussed about two sections 16(1) and 40 (1)
I am sorry i cant tell the words exactly but this is what also disturbed me if they didnt conduct proper verification thought i notified LVO before that office is in phase of shifting and its not functional so verification from the shifting staff who doesnt know facts completely doesnt make sense

That is encouraging then ImmigrantB, Will it be possible to see the email? All you need to do is delete anything sensitive that you will not like to make public. If you are not comfortable then no issues. I am reading about misinterpretation in the CIC immigration document and it is actually not easy for VOs to use it without any other supporting or compelling evidence to refuse admission into Canada. I am sure there will be a solution to this if you can prove your innocence.

OMG Since yesterday we are breaking our head for this peculiar case.

Don't delay further ,send them all docs what you feel is solid proof for your case and which strengthen your stand.

Right from appointment letter,salary certificate,bank statement, experience certificate any increment/bonus, promotion or even visiting card of your company's director/Manager send them.

This will surely will get some positive news.

Dear Shahryar, I did my medicals on 7th Jan and 3rd line ecas updated on 22 Jan, am waiting for PPR too. I have sent your number to LVO whatsapp group admin to add you. Kindly let us know who is your VO.

As far as non-receipt of RPRF is concerned, you should email ldnimmigration@international.gc.ca and raise a CSE simultaneously informing your situation. This will help.

Thats why i am saying bro all mode of communications were closed lines etc this is for sure they didnt meet any higher official they might have met some guys there who were involved in shifting the junior staff ..any body can misrepresent of you dont meet the right person ..how a watchman can tell that man was working from this time to this time and how many hours and what job responsibilties..i have confirmed that they didnt meet top managment.

Please note that immigrant2b has received the Procedural Fairness Letter (as i can assume from the contents of his posts), LVO provided him chance to explain his point of view. after this letter they will IMPOSE 40(1) ...bla bla bla.

Dear ACT NOW, still your case is with Visa Officer, He/She is waiting for your response, provide the maximum documents you can. Just remember that they view the things with CANADIAN MIND, they are not aware of ground realities in our countries.

how they can make a (Negative) decision based on unauthentic information?
How an office boy can provide authentic information about a Manager?

please don't lose hope, your file is still OPEN and they will review it based on new information. after these new information, they will decide finally. so in my opinion:

1- send them ASAP the maximum amount of new documents.
2- after sending the documents, try ASAP to hire a CANADIAN LAWYER, owner of Canadavisa.com is also authorized.

As i came to know through LVO whatsapp group that he has gone to conduct interview in Dubai. I wish that i could meet him but i know they will not allow in abu dhabi embassy. otherwise i shall meet and tell him that how many people are praying for you day and night
