I raised GCMS Notes over a month ago it still hasn't come back. My friend in Canada said they can be this incompetent or inept with their bureaucracies at times. This is becoming ridiculous to be honest.

I dont know much but see if you can go for an appeal and i am sure you can get an option to present your situation and case.. If there is a possibility then dont leave, you must go for that.

Sad to hear this but I think you must push LVO as you are genuine applicant, write them back with all details and request them to visit or contact big boss of the organization by providing them with contact details of Managers....how come they refuse visa only on the basis of single person statement while knowing that any person can mislead deliberately as well so they must have counter checks....you must write back strongly with all evidence including getting new reference letter with all contact details of Managers.

Don't let it go so easily, you must fight when you are on right direction.

It's really a sad news specially after the pain of indefinite wait but I will still say that I saw few cases that faced mispresentation allegations and defend them and got immigration. Kindly work out in this direction and I M sure u will do it. With lot of prayers and best wishes.

Your story is not straightforward.
But whatever the case is, good luck in your quest but if you are innocent,i suggest you fight for it with an a good lawyer

Dear Friends;
I have noticed something in my Visa we are family of three my visa (Principle applicant) and my son's visa showing the same issue date and place of visa issued is ABU DHABI.
But for my spouse his visa is showing different issue date than ours and the place of visa issued is LONDON.
All our visas expiry date is the same.
Is it ok or i have to notify my RFI .

There is no problem.maybe there were some errors in d visa from london so abu dhabi reprinted the visa for you.no issue at all

The date when you receive the Medical forms OR the date when you go to the hospital for medicals OR the date when the hospital sends the result to cic OR the date when the ecas shows that the medicals have been received .. ? ?

Very sad bro and iam really surprised how LVO wrote directly such kind of email without giving you a chance to prove yourself and defend your case while telling you the verification results they received against you. I know its a tough time for you and your family but my suggestion is that do not stop here, atleast you have done that much efforts, so little more efforts are also needed. Initially you should clear your case to Visa officer and ask them to recheck again etc and if you dont get positive response then consult with some lawyer, they wld definitely find some legal way to get you out from this situation.

Well, All the best bro and dont loose hope and keep faith in God and do fight against this. Inshallah you would get some good news.
