Hi Diplomatru,

What are chances of interview after the medicals received line is updated in ECAS?
Why it could take so long for PPR after Medical Results Received Line updated, as in my case? Reply to CSE by DRD today, "There is no action required on your part at this moment. Our office will contact you about the next steps of processing in your application in due course."

What they are doing with my application after everything is finalized, at this stage?

LVO where are you?
No update today

In this case my office is the one delaying LVO!

They sent an email to my HR last week to verify that I work there, start date and a brief description of what I do. They are going to get it signed off by senior management today so it will be sent out. I gave them what I wrote to LVO as cover letter and they only too out a few bits.

I hope BWJ won't give me any worries after this Insha Allah.

He replied after approximately 20-days of sending CSE. Nowadays it seems that he is fed up with receiving emails and doesn't want to reply to emails.
إن شاء الله عزوجل
it will be the case that I shall receive the PPR within this month. Several plans are put on hold and some important decisions about switching of jobs.

Just noted the below information on CIC official website that how long they will take after Medical Examinations to issue the Visa:-

Official Link is:-
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=983&top=4
""How long will my application take if I need a medical exam?
After a medical examination by a Panel Physician, the results are sent for review to the CIC medical office which serves your region. The CIC medical office will assess the results and send their assessment to the visa office which is processing your application.
Processing times can vary but generally:
For permanent resident applications, it normally takes three months after our medical office receives the medical examination results from the Panel Physician before we will contact you regarding the next stage of your application. This is true only if you have already complied with our other requests (e.g. to submit other documents). ""

Inshallah it will be soon. I had to wait for more than 3 months for my PPR. Ofcourse every person has their own reasons for wanting a speedy decision. However, my personal suggestion would be not to hold off making any career decision, if it means getting a better job with a better pay. Every additional penny earned counts towards your future financial health in Canada. You can always leave the new job later whenever you decide to shift permanently.
