Thanking you for sharing your own experience.
I have raised a CSE but they did not reply, my agent mailed them concerning the medical results, they said they will verify. And on ecas they put that they acknowledge receipt of mail sent on 26/11/16.Til now still waiting for the updates. My doctor uploaded the tests on 01/10/15 and on 25/11/16 I have even scanned the medical results to Pretoria.

This is something strange that why Pretoria Visa office is not updating your ECAS to confirm that Medical Results Have been received, except if there is something not clear in your medical results in that case they might need in depth review. Because they have updated your ECAS regarding the receipt of the correspondence received on 26/11/16, then why they don't update your medical results.

Hello
Anyone left from sept/October 2015 LVO Abu Dhabi interview session who didnt get PPR?

I really don't think there any relation between PPR and claiming points for relatives. For instance, in my case, it was very clearly mentioned in GCMS that they did not verify documents pertaining to my relative, as points otherwise were sufficient, and this comment was dated long before the medicals. So claiming points for relatives doesn't necessarily mean that they spend any time on it. Stop fretting. You'll get it soon. You've waited for a year, have a little more patience. You're almost there.

Then may be the addition of newly born baby could be the reason for delay. Otherwise, I have gone through the FSWP2014, spreadsheet, and I have noted that more then 100-applicants who have done their medicals and who did not claim any points for relatives, got their PPR within less then a month on average. Whereas rest who had claimed points for relatives in Canada got their PPR within a period less then 40-days. Maybe there is no relation between issuing PPR and relatives in Canada but it is a mere statistical data available in spreadsheet, which is of course not updated anymore by most of forum members. But still it gives some clue about the trend. Try to request GCMS notes or send another CSE to get updated status.

Hi Bilal
My timeline is much similar to you, I got Medical request in Sep'15 but still waiting for PPR as one of my PCC got delayed.

I am originally from Karachi.

Hello All,

Medicals received line has been updated on e-cas on 27-Jan-2016. Does this means that my medicals have been cleared?

Also - Can anyone please let me know how much time would it take to get the PPR from the date of medicals.

Thanks,
bkmadhu

bkmadhu,

In all most all cases it means you are done with medicals, for PPR Thumb Of Rule is max 8 weeks. In some cases ,it has taken a week or 10 days also.

Who is your visa officer and from where you have filled your case?

Cheers,
Yameen

By the way which of your PCC got delayed? And what is the reason?

Moreover, LVO requested PCC before the Medical or after the Medicals were done?

LVO asked for PCC along with MR for all 3 countries I lived, I got 2 already

I worked very briefly in UAE 8 years back and stayed only 6 months so they asked about PCC. Dubai police couldn't find my records in their computers I attached explanation letter but again VO asked for PCC of UAE as if I arranged it. I again contacted Dubai police and they officially refused and replied to me via email that they can not process my pcc which I submitted as a reply of not getting PCC.

And when this last correspondence between you and LVO was done, that you cannot obtain the PCC from UAE?
Because as per current trend you would have received the PPR. But may be this PCC issue is jeopardizing your case and causing unnecessary delay.
As far as there is an official reply in this regard from UAE Security Department then you must send it as it is with your cover letter.

VO Contacted me in Nov'15 at that time I was busy in arranging required documents from Saudia as Finger Prints need to be attested by all Saudi Authorities and Embassy as well. I asked VO to provide me time and they granted me till mid of Dec'15.

I submitted official reply from UAE to LVO before the deadline. since then I think they putted my application for security check. I raised CSE 10 days back waiting for the reply.

Were you in UAE on a residence visa or on a vist visa?
If dubai can not find your records, try another emirate and see what they have to say.
Which years did you work in UAE?
