Hi,
My Visa officer/program Assisstant is VCM.
Rest of the details are in my profile

A couple of days back I got the email to pay RPRF.
My relative, who is in Canada has paid the fee but the receipt has no place to enter UCI or application number. Is it normal?
He followed the link sent in the email. The receipt has all the details related to his credit card
Is it normal?
How do I add my application details?
Please help in clarifying
Best

Not to worry about that.

While paying fees, it ask for your email address. Once you paid the fees, you will receive a receipt on your email address.

Just send this to your Visa Officer by replying the email which asked you pay RPRF.

If you want more just take the printout of the receipt, write with pen your Application no., UCI and name. Scan it and send it to VO.

Every payment has unique receipt number and they will add this receipt number in your Application/GCMS Notes.

All the best

Dear Friends,

If VCM is handling your case and you are still waiting for MR or PPR. Could you please share your timeline here.

Thanks,
Amyn.

Good luck buddy.

Please check your inbox.

Congratulations Managersonline,

Dear Forum mates,

My question is do we have to submit all passports from one location? Also how much time do we get from LVO after receiving the email for PPR to submitting the passports? Is it also one month?

What if I am way in another country and would like to submit my PP from there and my family is back here in KSA and they submit their passport here?

Also, are their any finger prints process at PPR.

Thank you all for your reply in advance.

First of all thanks for congratulating and congratulations to you also for getting PPR.

Regarding Passport submission it has to be same place where you have been requested to submit the passports. Therefore if you would like to submit passports to somewhere else you must inform LVO.
Yes there are fingerprints required during the process of PPR.

It is normal, just take a print out of the receipt you received in your inbox. Use pen to write your name, UCI and application no on it where ever you will find empty space on page. rescan the page and sent to VO

Dear Members, I have recently received the email from LVO to fill the "Updated Information Chart" document. On top right of the document, it asks for "Application". Do I mention my UCI number here or application number or the application class in which I applied i.e. Federal Skilled Worker Class.

Thanks for your help.
