Exactly.....U must talk ur manager and ask if they came or not.

If Yes, then what was conversation of manager with them. Ask him in detail. May be u find some important point to respond.

I wonder why ur manager made this blunder if u are really working there. CNG station is not that large are where employees dont know each other.Its a small area where only 8-10 people work and there are only 1 or 2 operators. Dont know why he said that he dont know u.

They also ask me for representation because I think issue date That mentioned in Letter April, 2013 and I submit in April, 2014.

well I believe you should get bank salary statement, or tax returns which indicates your tax over salary. this is they way you may get some thing positive from them.

by the way when they visited your site in 2014 or 2015.

Well wanted to know that in my case i received medical request before and NO rprf, no docs request has been received by me. As per the medical request i completed medical on this monday means 4 days before. So i need to know whether i need to inform this to LVO tht i did medical and may attach invoices copies or there is no need to inform them, they wld themselves would update my ecas accordingly.

Need guidance on the matter. Thanks

you can give an explanation lettet from your manager which can tell them the manager made a mistake,attach also tax return,salary slips,any other docs which os a proof of your employment.you can also show the bank statement showing your salary transactions
