Dear Seniors,

I need your support as I am not very frequent in this forum. My details are below;

Application filed 29th Dec 2014
NOC: 1212
PER received: 26th March 2015
SLU & TLU updated: by October 2015

Post that, I have not received any further communications from LVO. My questions are below;

1. Is this normal?
2. Should I raise any mail to LVO? If yes, what is the email address?
3. What is GCMS note? I have seen this here by different people

Kindly assist me. Thanks in advance.

Very strange to hear this, still eligibility is in progress? This is totally pathetic, if they have concerns then must have called you for interview months ago. I must say that you should now totally forget this immigration for couple of months, just check your email and no other stuff. Things might turn out positive quite quickly but you have to show more patience now.

Dear,

its normal. my dates are pretty much similar to yours and our NOC is also same.
If you want to enquire about your app then you can raise CSE using the following link.
https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=london&_ga=1.137503472.1509260879.1438594817

GCMS is a report which tells you the status of your app in detail. You have to hire a law firm like www.visafile.info or you can ask a relative in Canada to apply for it on your behalf. Under the right to information act the Canadian law gives right to citizens or PR holders to enquire about the application with CIC.

I hope this helps.

Can you please share if you submitted PCC for any other country other than you r home country? What I want to know is if you have lived abroad for more than 6 months?

Hello all. Your valuable input needed!

I submitted FSW PR application on Dec 19, 2014. At that time I was unemployed. Started working on a job in Feb 2015. Initially, I was just assisting them with a project, no salary, nothing at all. The company said if they like my input they'll hire me as a part-time consultant on a project which they did later on and the project concluded in September. I did not inform CIC. Later on, I received Medical call on Oct 28. Is it mandatory to inform CIC about this job? Actually, if I inform them around this time, that might delay my application as they'll verify the information.

Please suggest what to do!

The answe is simple. If they ask for updated information chart of updated background declaration form, you have to mention what you have been doing and since you were paid, you should provide supporting document with that. Let's be clear on one thing, you have to transparent throughout the application process. Because they will reassess again after medicals and may investigate if they want to. You don't want to take the risk of reopening investigation/ assessment on a large scale in the final stage.
