Kindly Guide:

VO asked me submit payslips. I have payslips but that are just like printout on a paper. Its not on letterhead.

Statement of ''its is computer generated slips and do not need signature'' is also not mentioned at bottom.

What should be the solution?

Should i ask my X-employer to put stamp on it or signatures are also mandatory on these?

Dear Ahsan,

I have same computer printed payslips submitted with the application. So what I do is that I attested these payslips from my office Assistant Accounts Officer who is authorized to issue these slips and I think its acceptable to LVO as no comments received on this up till now. I think same you can also do it in your case.

Kindly also share your time lines and details of VO.

Raza

Reference to highlited writing above:
how will i write it for 4 years? manager finance will give me letter of salary breakup of last drawn salary but how to write it for 4 years?
If i ask them put company's stamp on salary slip then will it not verify it?
What brief details should they mention?

He should simply refer back to your company record and give his testimony that the attached payslips for MR.XYZ for this period containing the following salary records..(make table of payslip summary)... is completely correct and I have verified it from our company's database or past records etc. But of course you have to request manager finance to help you and let him verify in reality and issue a letter as a testimony in your favor for those payslips. Because payslips on simple paper doesn't make any sense. And again getting them signed by a person with a single person will also trigger a negative signal. Therefore this letter might serve perfectly the purpose to waive off the doubts of LVO.

Hi. I have received PPR on 1st December, with new photo specifications. I am a little skeptic about the photo size as mentioned, as the requested photographs are quite large, unlike any previous official photographs that have been taken. (2 inches x 2 3/4 inches). Even our consultant thought we had messed up the photo requirement when we submitted photos to him along with passports for dispatch to the embassy - he wasn't aware of the new specs. So it does appear to be a very new change in specifications. Anyone else who received PPR very recently: can you confirm that the requested photographs size now is actually way larger than the previous ones? Thanks

Hi Carpediem,
It wasn't the case with me, the requested photo size was 1 3/8" x 1 3/4".

to which office were your requested to submit your passport?

Its Islamabad. When did you receive your PPR?

Here's the text of PPR email

The two (2) photographs must be:
 taken by a commercial photographer
50 mm x 70 mm (2 inches wide x 2 3/4 inches long) and sized so the height of the face
measures between 31 mm and 36 mm (1 1/4 inches and 1 7/16 inches) from chin to crown
of head
(natural top of head) clear, sharp and in focus
 taken with a neutral facial expression (eyes open and clearly visible, mouth closed, no
smiling)
 taken with uniform lighting and not show shadows, glare or flash reflections
 taken straight on, with face and shoulders centred and squared to the camera (i.e. the
photographs must show the full front view of the person’s head and shoulders, showing full
face centred in the middle of the photograph)
 taken in front of a plain white or light coloured background with a clear difference between
the person’s face and the background. Photographs must reflect/represent natural skin
tones

Hello all. Your valuable input needed!

I submitted FSW PR application on Dec 19, 2014. At that time I was unemployed. Started working on a job in Feb 2015. Initially, I was just assisting them with a project, no salary, nothing at all. The company said if they like my input they'll hire me as a part-time consultant on a project which they did later on and the project concluded in September. I did not inform CIC. Later on, I received Medical call on Oct 28. Is it mandatory to inform CIC about this job? Actually, if I inform them around this time, that might delay my application as they'll verify the information.

Please suggest what to do!
