Friends it is a bad news after a 15 month long wait it is rejection these officer are a complete *censored word* . receive a official letter Today.

am not satisfied that you meet either the second or third part of these requirements because, I am not satisfied that you have performed the actions described in the lead statement nor a substantial number of the main duties as listed for occupation 4011 – University lecturer. Subsection 75(3) states that if a foreign national fails to meet these requirements, the application shall be refused and no further assessment is required. I am not satisfied that you meet these requirements. Subsection 11(1) of the Act states that a foreign national must, before entering Canada, apply to an officer for a visa or for any other document required by the regulations. The visa or document may be issued if, following an examination, the officer is satisfied that the foreign national is not inadmissible and meets the requirements of this Act. Subsection 2(2) specifies that unless otherwise indicated, references in the Act to “this Act” included regulations made under it. Following an examination of your application, I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of the Act and the regulations for the reasons explained above. I am therefore refusing your application. Sincerely, Immigration Officer

so now i am going for the judicial review any thing you mates want to tell me.

why they have to issue PER at first place if they have issues with jd.. pathetic lvo seriously!!

Today I got finally the MR request, it was after 7 months from SLU.
Now my question is related to MR, do I need to scan the results and send it by DHL or it's automatically sent to LVO ?

also is there any best practice approach for the MR ? I mean any advice ?

Congratulations! The medical is actually really painless. A few standard questions, eye test, height and weight measurements, blood pressure, blood test and urine test. Just eat and drink healthy for the week or so before and I'm sure all will be well. The medical centre do not give you the results, they go straight to LVO. Good luck with it.

Dear Friends. Can anyone plz share how much time does it take for PPR after medical submitted by IOM.

In general PPR takes 3-6 weeks time after medicals are received. Hop this serves ur query.

By the grace of almighty God I received my passport with visa stamp and COPR. thanx to this forum. It was a long journey.....have to never lose hope and be consistent... god helps. U never know what's right for u and what's the right time. Only God does. Good luck to all!

I received following reply from VO in response of my CSE.

Your application has been reviewed by the Immigration Officer who has determined that additional documents are required for review. Please note below the list of documents required and submit these within 15 days of the date of this email.

(1) National tax numbers for your current and previous employer.
(2) Payslips and/or bank account statements showing salary deposits from X Employers and Y Employer.
(3) Personal income tax slips/forms.
(4) Any other documents/ information which you would like to be considered in support of your application.did u claim points for both experiences the current and previous.inbox me ur no will suggest u some points.

We look forward to receiving the required documents within 15 days.

Is it some bad indication?

I do not have any tax number. Salary shown on my bank statement is not taxable in pakistan.kindly tell how to satisfy VO regarding National Tax Number?
