No need for a confirmation. If they start giving you trouble, ask for the manager and have him call NDVO.

I am with BWJ, October 2014 Applicant. I had to send PCC in October 2015 before they responded and asked me to send the originals. A few days later, they send an email asking me to send updated forms and PCCs from home country and the UK. I actually thought they would call me for an interview in October but till today I don't know what caused the delay.

I think BWJ is a tad bit slow in pushing files or maybe it is just my luck.

If someone has an interview Visa offices informs them 2 months earlier then the interview date.

2nd if BWJ asked for updated docs that means your background check started without any interview.

Then does LVO ask for upated information chart or updated schedule A forms?

I raised CSE twice. One 3 months earlier and 2nd CSE last week.......No reply for any of them.........

Send it your enquiry using the email address LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca and make sure it is marked as important.

They should reply within 2 days. At least that is what it says.

Generally it varies from case to case. If you have travel history of UK/USA, the background check takes more time. For me it took exactly 2 weeks. So if your background checks are done, you might get it the coming week.

We completed medicals and paid rprf 17 days back... And submitted PCC and updated forms during interview... NO medical received line on ECAS or ppr yet. 30 days have passed since medical request..... How long should I wait or ask them whether medical received ?

Dear forum members,

I have query, please advise. I m stressed.

We have finished our medical in Aug 2015 as per request. After that they ask for updated schedule A, PCC and payment of landing fee in Sep 2015. Now finishing all this we thought that only passport request left but now at this stage they have called me for interview. Today I received email saying you have upcoming interview and that they are asking again for requested documents assuming they didn't received the documents I sent. Although I sent them in registered post and I have proof that it has been received by them.

I am quite surprised that why interview has triggered at this stage, Can anybody help?

anything can happen at any stage, even before the landing.
