Anyone knows whether the London Visa Office accepts Pakistani Manual Passport for visa stamping under PNP Express Entry.. I am blessed by a baby and need to submit PR application on ASAP, computerised passport may take several days here in Saudi Arabia

Many thanks

Well in that case I think you have to wait for few days for medical forms as this is recent history from DRD but don't forget to raise CSE after 3 days of email. In my case email received from DRD on October 27 and forms received on November 4.
Good luck for the rest of the process.

International Civil Aviation Organisation (Icao) has alerted about the impending deadline when all non-machine readable passports would be out of circulation.

The deadline of non-Machine Readable Passports (MRPs) expiring on November 24, 2015, applies to all types of passports: ordinary, diplomatic and service.

Dears,

I apologize for being silent for a while, I have few updates as follows:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on July 3, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on October 23, 2014.
3. We transferred your application to the London England office on October 28, 2014. The London England office may contact you.
07/10/2015 PCC, RPRF and Passport copies request
4. We sent you medical instructions on October 8, 2015. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
09/10/2015 Got the Email
17/10/2015 Medical Done
20/10/2015 PCC, RPRF and Passport copies recieved as per the courier (SMSA, X-Fedex)
5. Medical results have been received. (Added on 22/10/2015)
25/10/2015 CSE Raised to confirm recipient
26/10/2015 CSE Reply: Thank you for paying the RPRF online. Your medical results have also been received. We now await favorable background checks results and will contact you with further instructions when the results have been received.

Now, todate, I still had the status showing In Process while I can see many lucky mates getting Decision Made in a couple of days (Congrats and best wishes for the rest of us).

Any thoughts?
Should I raise another CSE or GCMS?
Or just remain calm and wait for the good news to come?

BR,
Msibai

If it is already more then 30-days since you received the last reply of your CSE, then it is better to raise another CSE. And as last reply to you was on 26th Oct 2015 therefore no need to worry, you have to wait till approximately 30th of Nov 2015 patiently. In first of week of December you can raise another CSE. But no need to ask for GCMS notes. Because background checks is the final stage and you will learn nothing from GCMS notes except that Background Checks are going on. Nothing expedite the process at this stage specially. Because Canada never takes risk in bringing people without proper and complete background checks even though if it takes longer time up to 18-months or even more.

Pray that you have no Criminal record or negative reports about your activities in Intelligence Agencies records. That will be the only concern. Rest assured that you have cleared most of the important stages.

Boht Mubarak ho. Congratulations to you raja sahb.
Kia kahne Raja Sahb aap ke.

Very fast and speedy process.

Could you please share some attributes of your case. Whether you have long travel history outside Pakistan? A lot of job changes? or what could be the reason for Mashah Allah so speed process? OR What is your opinion that which attributes of your application might have contributed to fastest processing? If the people who got fastest processing some of their details, we might come up with an approximate algorithm used by LVO to process applications to determine timeline.

For me even I am fighting to get my Medical Forms and unable to get medical forms. MR and RPRF was received now more then one week ago.
