Thanks for all those who have congratulated me and sent their best wishes.

I wish and hope that all of those whose cases are stuck, hear good news soon.

Pray for me that next stages will be as well smooth and fast.

But one lesson that I have learned that we should follow our applications on monthly and quarterly basis. Consider your FSWP2014 application as a project and no project can be accomplished without persistent follow up of the necessary milestones. Therefore do not let your applications merely at the mercy of LVO, follow up via two tools available at your disposal by the Legal system of CIC viz. CSE and GCMS Notes. You will certainly succeed.

2nd Line update was on 26th Aug.

But there is no PCC request because my PCC is still valid since it was valid for one year. I got it on 10th of December 2014. So, my PCC is still valid.

There was a request for the SCHEDULE-A update around 10-days ago which I sent them. No any other request during this time.

I have also raised a CSE and got an email from KKB last week, The reply is as under,


Dear Sir/Madam,

Please be advised that your file is currently pending review by an Immigration Officer. Should the Immigration Officer require any further information, you will be contacted. You are urged to send documents only when requested to do so.

We thank you for your patience and continued cooperation during this process.

Kind regards,

What do you suggest Managers online, I am only left to send my spouse's PCC, I am still wondering if I should be sending them now since we have attained all the pcc.
Kindly advise as one of the posts I read said, if you did not submit the PCC initailly they just put your file away.
Any suggestions?

As far as documents are requested, I shall strongly recommend to not send any documents until they request you to send that document. This assumption that they will simply PUT AWAY your file is not valid. Secondly, If up till now you have not requested any GCMS notes, then it is the time now to request one immediately. Order GCMS notes immediately so that you will have the real picture. Parallel to that send another CSE after at least 3-weeks. I always recommend to send CSE at least once in every 30-40 days. This has to be done despite of the fact that VO will say not to do so because they don't want to work too much. Moreover, they are legally bound to respond to CSE. That is why they try to discourage each and every person not to send CSE, so that they will continue to work with their own style of extremely slow and lazy way.

Please tell me, if there is anything mentioned about RPRF or Schedule A forms in your medical email?
Coz I have also received medical request but no RPRF and PPC request so far.

Guys an info is required.how to send them documents on email.
Just simply attach rprf receipt mr report n updated chart separately as three attachments or in pdf format as one attachment.whats ur advise guys.


Should we write urgent or sent as it is??

Hi Everyone,

One of my friend received additional documents request from BWJ.. He received a Immigration summary form to filled by all person of 18 years and above. He asked whether his dependent child below the age of 18 will be mention in the form or not. there is a column for by the name Dependent 1 to Dependent 4
