But - how people get the upfront medical? Do these centres directly update the upfront medical result as well through emedical?

Some of the visa catagories allow upfront medical in which the applicant is responsible for sending the medicals along with the visa application. I'm not sure whether FSW1 applicants have this opportunity in their procedure and moreover the medical centre in Knightsbridge advised me that doing upfront medical without IME number may further complicate and delay my application process.

If you have received an email saying you should receive your medical form within next 2-3 day, then you can inquire after waiting 3-4 days. I had to wait exactly 6 weeks.

now I need to ask as it was written in the email that Medical form will follow the email otherwise we need to contact them back within 2-3 days. its been 2 days and we have taken appointment with the doctor for Saturday but forms has not yet arrived.

can someone tell me is there any other way to complete the medical or any other email address to check the form (as we have sent mail for form but just getting automated response).

You need the form to go through medical. You may ask for update after waiting 3-4 working days.

Actually i have received email from DRD on 27/10/2015 that make the landing fee payment send us the update chart and with in 2 to 3 working days you will receive the medical forms but till 3 working days i didn't received any medical forms so thats why i am asking you because you have received the same email on that time.

what do u mean by update chart? update chart of what?

Dear All,
I rcvd PCC request from DRD in LVO and submitted accordingly. What is the next step. How long it takes after PCC submission for the MEDICALS and other formalities? Considering I have a quite a lot of international travels.

I received MR last week ;D and have booked my appointment for next week. I know a while ago I saw a detailed post about what actually happens at a medical, but cannot find it now. Is anyone able to give me detailed information and the types of things they ask or we are required to do please?

My details are:
Application filed 10th dec 2014
Per 27th February 2015
MR 26th October 2015

VO is RIH

Hi

I raised CSE and got reply.

"Your application is currently undergoing background reviews. Should any additional information or documentation be required you will be contacted".

I have received request to submit my PCC which I have sent last month. What does the above reply means. Do i need to worry?

Hi hope everyone is fine and doing good. I hope everyone best of luck and wish everyone onboard. I have seen many queries regarding update info chart and medical. First of all the mail you received from your VO state all and clearly instructed how to do it. All you need to follow only what you have told to do, anything extra from you not gona help you in anyway.
Updated info chart maybe resubmission of schedule A form or any other form along with updated PCC or along with these forms you will ask to fill another updated chart which you received along with passport request from VO. The form with Passport request you have to submit it along with you passport.
So be to the point what you have been asked to do.

Medical request must be followed by medical forms from your VO. without those forms medical cannot be done or maybe you won't get the appointment.

Medical is nothing to worry just drink more water.
blood pressure, eye sight, height, weight and general body check along with blood test and urine test and chest Xray. No need to go into details or worry,
The doctor may ask you questions like do you or anyone from your family have any chronic disease?
Did you lost weight in recent time drastically?
did you ever gone through any surgery?
Any history of TB or any allergies?

The simple answer to every question is NO.

If anything goes wrong the doctor or staff will give you some time maybe week or two to reappear when things get in order.
