I have a question
I am not sure why I am not getting a response to my CSE. I have raised CSE twice and it was regarding change of address and update on my case.

is it may be because I have a representative? but the important thing is that CIC has my email address for communication. My representative never gave them his email address

please advise as my address is now changed but I am not getting anything from CIC

I did the addition back on Feb. and i receive e-mail confirmation that they receive the doc.
Then on May i submitted PCC.
after that nothing last week i sent e-mail to enquire about my file and they reply back that background checks on going.

and here I am still waiting.

Hope that will complete soon! In my case, i haven't received any email from LVO/CIC confirming that they have received updated documents and fee (which i paid online) for newborn. So what do you suggest, should i write them for confirmation?

In end Sept, i sent email mentioning that i have sent updated documents and fee for newborn few weeks ago and asked them to confirm; in response i got email on Oct 2nd mentioning that my file is in process with VO and nothing at this stage from me is required but they didn't mention whether they receive documents or not.

i sent those documents via courier and have electronic receiving as well.

So now we are soon going to go for medical and send all the relevant documents required.

Got my Passports back with Visa Stamped on Oct 22, 2015. By the grace of ALLAH, every step has smoothly completed.

Besides, I would like to thank each & every member of this forum who has extended help whenever I needed. Bro I also sent CSE regarding change in address almost 3 weeks ago, no response and also address not updated. In fact one of my address was deleted from status and now I am left with one address which is old one. I do not have representative.
