What to do??

Got email saying

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.
In order to continue processing your application, we require the additional documents listed below. Please send clear legible photocopies rather than the original documents unless otherwise specified. If the documents are not written in either English or French, please enclose a certified translation with a photocopy of the original document.

-Payment of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee

-Medical results (you will receive a separate email with instructions)

-Please complete and return the attached Updated Information Chart

-Updated copies of the passport biopage for yourself and each family member

Please forward all requested documents together to the address below within 30 days from the date of this email. If we do not hear from you within that period, your application will be assessed on the basis of the information on file and your application may be refused. Please allow four months for us to review incoming correspondence. All documents submitted in support of your application are subject to verification with the issuing authority. Please do not contact us unless there are significant issues which need to be brought to our attention. Please quote your file number on all correspondence, including the envelope. Your file number is included in the subject field of this email.

Should your personal circumstances (address, marriage, divorce, birth, death, adoption) change between now and the time you leave for Canada you must report the changes to us. Visas issued without the correct information concerning family status are invalid and admission to Canada will be refused.

The issuance of an immigration visa does not ensure your eventual acceptance into the practice of your profession or occupation in Canada. It is your responsibility to determine whether any licensing/registration requirements apply to your occupation or profession in the province where you wish to settle. Do not leave employment, sell property or take any irrevocable step in anticipation of immigrating to Canada until you have received your visa(s).

We look forward to hearing from you within 30 days.

My question is Do I have to send all asked docs by email or by courier??

Dear,
Ans: By courier

What i would do is: DO BOTH.
1. Courier clear copies of all requested documents (Original, where asked for).

2. Click reply to the same email, don't change the subject line, scan & attach the requested documents.
And write in the body of the email:
a, That a clear copy of all the documents is herewith attached, for convenience.
b, That a clear copy of all the requested documents has been couriered to the given address on xx-xx-2015, as requested.
c, Requesting acknowledgement.

I have highlighted the important wordings in the email.
Hope it helps clear the query.
Best wishes,

Congratulation, have safe journey.

Can you please tell, why PPR after 3 months on medical???????

Thank you very much, what I understand it's due to late submission of PCC. Had I submitted my PCCs with main application or before MR, the background checks could have started. I was not really aware of this and submitted with MR. VO also confirmed that everything else is ok but they need this clearance, without this nothing can happen.

+1 for you & best of luck.

Dear,
Nothing to worry about...
Just email scanned bio pages of old passports to the VO.
They may do that on the basis of your updated info chart.

Soon you will get your PPR.

Hi Friends
Yesterday I got email from VCM asking for copies of bio pages of all previous passports.
Can anyone shed some light on this as I haven't seen this type of request received by other forum members.

Last week he asked for updated info chart, passport copies, RPRF & PCC which I sent him instantly.
Please share your timeline

Thank you :)

I received the above email on 5th October 2015. Already sent via email. Confused a bit about courier.

The email i received is quite confusing. but i know one friend of mine, whose visa officer wrote every single thing in detail, what to send and how.
As far as these documents which are asked from me were asked by him too, but via email.
but PCC was asked via courier by him Which i already submitted at the time of Interview.

In my case they asked for all the updated copies not the original ones... so whats the point of sending courier. :(

By the grace of almighty, I have just received the PPR from LVO.

My VO is RIH.

Thank you very much everyone for your kind support.

Random calculation of working hours available to LVOs.

Working hours per day (37.5 hours; 5 days a week, based on the job description of LVOs) = 7.5 Hrs
Less: lunch break as per UK law =(.5)
Less: 4 misc. breaks (i.e. loo,smoke etc.)of 15 mins each =(1)
Less: Reviewing/sending emails to clients; 10 emails and each email requires 15 mins =(2.5)
Hours available =3.5 Hrs.

To sum up, there is a lack of human capital availability due to which our apps are suffering processing delays.

Well it seems logical. I just hope they can speed this up.
