Please forum members guide me, i m posting this 3rd time......
I got an e-mail in which I am encouraged to attend the free orientation services by CIIP. So, please tell me is this complusary to attend and what if we would not be able to attend?then do we need to inform them??

Yes this is true, its batch update, "Me too..."medical results received".

It's not mandatory but helpful. Even I received the email but I have no plans to attend this.

Hi all , greetings for all got their ppr wishing u a fast and speedy process
Today i found out the my 2nd line date is 6th march after it was 27th of march
Also its good to mention that per received on 11th if march !!!!!
Any one can explain ?

My best guess based on lack of issuance of MRs in last week or 2 is that staff at LVO is finishing up all the cases which are past the MR stage (as the minimum work is left on those applications). So maybe they take up October to finish this task and then start working on MRs.

I based this opinion on the observation that very few applicants got MR recently (mostly the ones who passed interviews received it). And secondly many applicants reported "Medicals Received" update in ECAS and even some got this update after 2-3 months of completing medicals, so I believe these applications are priority right now.

Its fine. Date should be before PER date because this is when CIC actually started working on your file. Many applicants got this change in recent past. Maybe the previous date of 27th March was when your file was tranferred to the visa office. You will have more clarity when you have more lines updated in your ECAS.
