First of all delay and chaotic process of LVO is responsible for these all UN-expected child births to potential PR holder and ultimately future Canadians. No one can control himself till the issuance of Visa specially while it is taking from 1.5 years to 2 years, although some exceptions exist and some applicants got their process completed in shorter span of time but still more then 90% cases took more then 13-months. How can married couple stop themselves from bringing new children. In fact LVO while keeping in mined their abnormal processing speeds should provide some shortcut way to this scenario because they are responsible for these new born children to future PR holders of Canada or shortly we can say future Canadians, prior to their dreamed arrival in Canada. If it was a matter of six to nine months for issuance of visa married couple could control themselves but not for two years !!!! I know that I am touching some Taboo Subject, but this is ground reality and reason behind delay of so many of PR applicant who are getting their cases further delayed considering already delayed process of PR application by disastrous processes of LVO.
Saying all above and coming to your particular situation I shall strongly recommend that immediately send all the hard copies along with updated application forms and schedule to the following address:-
Immigration and Medical Services Division
Canada House | Maison du Canada
Trafalgar Square
London | Londres
SW1Y 5BJ
Email – courriel : ldnimmigration@international.gc.ca
www.UnitedKingdom.gc.ca | www.Royaume-Uni.gc.ca
Simply copy-paste the above and print on the outer-side of the envelope. Moreover, include your details like UCI number, Application number, name etc, to enable receiving clerk to trace your file and to transfer it to your Visa officer or program assistant. Do not wait for LVO to ask you, because in the end they will need these documents. And secondly, when they will be receiving these documents, certainly Visa officer will have a look at the latest status of your application while including and verifying the receipt of these documents, which in some cases can expedite the process. Therefore, it is highly recommended that courier to LVO address mentioned above all of the needed documents. And after sending by courier, when it is delivered to LVO then just send a CSE to the email address of LVO (LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca) to ask that whether all the required documents are well received and are complete and whether there is any further information required from me in this regard. Moreover, ask them that how long will it take to add my new born child and how long the whole process of issuance of PR visa is going to take approximately. Although it might look a silly question to so called LVO, but it has helped some applicants and they got a positive reply with date or period specified, so that you could make up your mind, instead of blindly waiting for unknown period.
Also please share your timeline and whether you have already done medical for yourself and your spouse?
Sorry, for this lengthy post, but I thought to address this issue and making a false hope that some officers of LVO might be reading this post!!! :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :'( :'( :'( :'( 8) 8) 8) 8)
