Friends finally after a long wait there is some progress in my case. I have received an email from LVO yesterday to provide last 3 pay slips and last 3 months bank statement. Although, these documents were part of the application set but i don't know why i have been asked to do so. Secondly, previously MXH was corresponding me on CSEs but this time DRD has sent this email.

What I think that during all these days MCH was on vacation and now he has returned from vacation so may be now MXH has gone on vacation and work of DRD has been returned back to MCH and since MXH is going on vacation therefore LVO assigned tasks of MXH to DRD. Because they cannot pay DRD without doing any work. Therefore they assigned him work of MXH. May be DRD is 12th player(spare) in cricket team of LVO, for handling vacations of MCH,RIH,MXC,LBM etc.

You are wrong.

I have completed the process. I sent PCC for 2 countries, scanned by email.
Unless the letter from VO explicitly states by mail/courier...
