Hello George,

Need guidance... I am in a tricky situation!

As mentioned in my earlier post, I completed our Medicals, UAE PCC and paid the RPRF.
But my son who is living out of UAE has not even got appointment for medicals. He may get it in two weeks!

Question is what should i do? Should I send our PCC & RPRF receipt to my VO or should I wait for my son to complete his medicals?
If i send my documents now, will VO wait for his documents to arrive before touching my file? A bit confused here? Also worried about the 30 day deadline for submission? Kindly guide.

your son should get appointment in any part of UAE since it is urgent. he should not depend on the nearest centre

The Penal Physician is supposed to rule out patient anxiety and white coat hypertension...

lol ..., I'm a LVO applicant. My SLU was updated on 26 aug , same as many others ... but the fishy thing over here is that ... until yesterday it was displaying that they started processing my application in march .. and today the SLU changed and it says that they started processing my application in feb , lolll ... Does anyone else found or identified the changes in their SLU ??? ... What does this mean ?

I have all details same as you apart from SLU date which is 26th August 2015.
My TLU updated on 2nd October 2015 but not received any request from RIH about schedule A - may be becoze I have submitted original Schedule A form starting from age of 18 for me and my wife.
No MR or doc request apart from I send scan pcc which RIH asked me to send original by post.
Good luck and hope we receive some update soon.

Glad to see that your file has been already moving.

I did not get PCC request yet from RIH, but I have started to prepare it from all countries I have lived since 18 and going to send it by email upfront.

I will keep posting my updates on this forum.

Pray for all of us to have the visa stamped ASAP.

No worries just do your part of the job, pay the fee and the requested documents, after two weeks time even a four days left for the deadline you can still make it, because all it takes two days after medical to upload the result. So its all seems fine to me. Pay the fee must now and email the receipt and ask for the acknowledgement in the same mail or ask for little more time for your son's medical who is in UAE.

Congratulations upon obtaining of Visa.

Although my timeline almost exactly same as your except my application reached on 19th Dec and my PER is 11th march. But unfortunately, despite of having all of my information completely verifiable online as well as offline, no update received from LVO;except the two lines that everyone else have gotten in their ECAS.

Have you raised CSE's and ordered GCMS notes, that forced them to expedite your case?
OR as other have opined that it is a matter of luck/lottery, whosoever file comes in the hands of LVO officers, or if LVO officer is of good mentality then your case will be processed faster!!!!
Really bit surprised and confused with the way LVO is working. Although they claim in every email that we are processing the applications as per the date it is received. But it seems to be a complete lie.

Hi Amy,

CIC is already informed when your medical details were uploaded by the medical centre. However, it is advised to write an email to ldnimmigration @ international.gc.ca (without spaces) informing them about your pregnancyand that your x-ray has been deferred and seek further course of action. They will let you know the requirements for addition of the new born in your application. Once complied, they will send your baby's medical request to you. You can have your x-ray done with your baby's MR.

Could you please share your timelines in details, like date of receipt of your application,PER date and MR date??
Regarding your pregnancy of course, now there is no way now, CIC will wait for your X-ray. Therefore your application will be finalized to DM level only after getting your X-Ray report because it is a must for CIC. As far as medicals have been uploaded by the medical center to CIC by e-Medicals, they would have already mentioned this fact. Otherwise of course you must bring to notice of CIC and you have to wait till the X-Ray.

Thanks alot for replying quick . i have attached deferral letter and a letter from my doctor to the email im sending to CIC. Any idea about how long does it take after delivery to get baby's medical done and get visa as my visa would be expiring 29 Sept 2016???

Dear managersonline,

When you shared the advertisement asking to hire 2 new CPA in LVO, I seriously believed that they are looking for replacement of RFI and maybe one other CPA. Or maybe they have finally realized the work load on hand and decided to hire a couple of new individuals to get over with FSWP 2014 applications.

And yes I totally agree there is no FIFO method adopted by them.
