Dear this is your assumption because I received PER on 29th January, 2015 and then they simply give PA PUT AWAY status and 15th September due date without starting background checks or eligibility. Don't know the reason, why they PUT AWAY the file for Seven and half months.

my timeline is below :

App Date : 30-Oct, 2014
CC charged: 6th January, 2015
PER : 29th January, 2015
Visa Office : London
Visa Officer: RFI
I raised CSE at the end of July and got the generic reply "your file is awaiting review and if any additional documents required we will in touch with you".

I received my GCMS NOTES on 25th august, in GCMS NOTES, they mentioned the status PA PUT AWAY and due date is 15th September, 2015.

ASSESSMENTS 1

Eligibility: Not started
Criminality: Not Started
security: Not started
Medical: Not started:

On 18th September again I raised CSE and got the reply "your file is awaiting review and if any additional documents required we will in touch with you". so what should I expect from LVO that they started work on my application or they have given another due date?

If anyone has the same experience please share. .......

Thanks

Bro Same situation here:
App date: 28th Oct 2014
PER: 4th Feb 2015
SLU: 17/8/2015
VO: RFI
Than Silenceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee........
May ALLAH bless all of us with success.

Dear all,
I have a question regarding PCC that can i send the PCC without PCC request now as my dubai PCC is expiring.I havent sent the PCC with application.
really confused please help
thanks

No need to send anything until and unless they request it. Because sending something without their request will simply interrupt their process, and they might put away your file with revised re-review due date, considering that some important information might have been changed. So,let their process take it's course and if needed they will ask you to submit additional information. If everything is smooth they will simply send you MR without asking anything additional. Several applicants whose PCC was expired, LVO did not ask them to send another PCC but simply send them MR and also issued them Visa without asking anything updated. But of course it all depends upon outcome of their review process and based on judgement of the reviewing officers involved. Therefore be patient and follow the infinite set of wait={wait, wait ,wait, wait,,,,,,,,...............}

thanks for your reply really helped but what do mean that it is their choice to ask PCC or not.I have heard that they must ask for PCC for back ground verification.

Dear,
I agree with managersonline !
Specially if:
1. It's PCC of resident location (Dubai in your case) b'cause it has validity of 3 months !
(If not submitted, then wait - if submitted before, but expired, then still wait)
2. While the validity of Home Country PCC is 1 year...
(If not submitted before, then submit - if submitted before, but expired then wait)

Hope it explains..
Best of luck

What date you get? I assume IOM Karachi is giving dates within 4-5 days of request.

Also please share the address and directions. Someday hopefully its our turn as well.

URGENT ADVICE NEEDED Dear Seniors please guide me in following matter

"I landed in July 22 on FSWP in Saskatchewan, i got my SIN, PR Card, Health Card and i have scheduled a driving test in coming week. I am doing some odd jobs to survive but I am unable to find a job in my own field i.e. Software Engineering as there are very limited opportunities here", Now i am planning to move to Alberta. My questions are

1) Should i Go for the driving test or should i got to Alberta and start the process of getting license again? I am pretty sure i will pass it as it's my second attempt on road test.

2) On health card, it was stated that I am committed to live here in SK for six months so does this create any issue?

Its my suggestion to all applicants from Pakistan please first send e-mail for medical appointment on the canmedpk@iom.int rather than first trying to contact on phone. Karachi's numbers are 92-21-34385612 / 34385613 but they will give you another number from where appointment is issued all around Pakistan I.e. 051111466472 but usually this number remains busy so operator also suggest to e-mail on canmedpk@iom.int with your whole details e.g
NAME:
DOB:
PASSPORT NO:
APPLICATION NO:
UCI NO:
IME NO:
VISA CATEGORY:
LOCATION FOR TEST:
CONTACT NUMBERS (TWO VALID #):

Address in karachi is Plot # F-14, PECHS, Block 6, Shahra-e-Faisal, Near KFC Karachi

Hope I have provided you detailed information, which will help to ease process.
