RFI, as I got reply of my CSE on 19-Aug-2015, also got SLU on same date. Nothing else so far.

What about yourself?

Yes, I received SLU update yesterday.

I am an 2133 applicant from UK and LVO is my VO.

I have just received a SLU and that is after roughly 7 months.

What I also notice that the SLU date is before the PER Email date.

App send - 17thOct 2014
CC - 20th Dec
PER - 20th Jan
SLU - 26th August ( mentioning that "We started processing your application on January 12, 2015.")

Any senior member please let me know whether the SLU is an update from CIC or the LVO.

Also last month we have been blessed by a daughter and can anyone please share me the email address in where in need to send the soft copy of the letter, explaining the changes.

As far as everybody has received SLU, so it means that 26th Aug 2015 was "ECAS System UPDATE Day". And it has nothing to do with the processing started or not!! Because most of the people who have requested GCMS notes, their status is PUT AWAY. Therefore this is just software update and has been done for all of the applicants, irrespective of their application received date and PER date. It is the update in the same manner as they did last time by displaying the existing address.

I agree with you as in my case second line was updated yesterday. However, they have responded to my CSE yesterday that my file is in que and awaiting review by visa officer.

Hi !! no I don't want to annoy him, as it is clearly mentioned to keep minimal contact till we cross the stipulated deadline. my file has been received on 7th June 2014 so 18 months will be over by February 2016 till then I just want to keep waiting and beliving in god.

however applied for GCMS notes which I should receive in 40 days i.e. 29th September fingers crossed and praying hard that everything goes well.
 
does anyone has experience if we are applying for GCMS notes through CAipnotes.com exactly it will take 40 days or it may come before that.
